How does the process work?

Once your order is placed, a consultation video call will be arranged to discuss your preferences including design, colours, scriptures, tabs, and any personal details. During this call, we will also select your Bible together and go through examples to help guide your design choices. Your Bible is then sourced and carefully personalised by hand based on everything discussed. If you do not feel comfortable on a video call, we can also communicate through email instead.

Can I send my own Bible?

At the moment, we do not offer a send in Bible service. However this may become an option in the future. 

How long does it take?

The process usually takes around one month due to the level of personalisation involved. During your consultation call an approximate timeframe will be given. Please note this may change slightly depending on the design, and updates will be provided throughout the process.

What is included?

Each Bible is fully personalised based on your chosen design. This may include tabs, inserts, prayers, highlighting, stickers, and other thoughtful details depending on your selected package.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the personalised nature of each order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

What is your policy on damage?

Each Bible is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
